The Purpose

I love reading blogs. I have found tons of good training tips, some solid routines I would like to try, and some great inspirational pieces to get me fired up for workouts. I never put much thought into creating one of my own until recently. So with some gentle nudging from my wife and a urge to spark some training accountability and  consistency in 2012, The Bear Cave was created.

For the most part this will just be your typical training blog. From time to time I intend to post some Paleo recipes (that I usually steal from other sites) and any good training and inspirational material that I come across. Once in awhile, when the stars align just right with the Blue Moon, I might even add some of my own motivational pieces to this place.

So hopefully this is just the beginning of a solid 2012...stay tuned!
