Return to Team WOD

I don't usually team WOD, but every once in a while, when the time is right I like to play with others! Today was one of those days! We were celebrating KG's 25th birthday with a team WOD at CF Prevail today!

KG's Birthday Team WOD

30 Hang Power Snatches (95#)
50 Sit Ups
30 OHS (95#)
50 DUs
*partnered with Brandon; 2 burpees every time partners switch.

- On this special occasion I even decided to warm up with the group, instead of going through my own routine that high lights any mobility issues I might encounter during the upcoming WOD. I paid for this dearly in the OHS portion of this WOD. I was on my toes for just about every rep during the first 3 rounds because my shoulder and ankles were so tight...it was very ugly and disappointing. Regardless, we got the job done. We split the work up evenly for everything (15s & 25s). I had a good time and now I go back to being my hermit-ty old self.
